Linen Table Runner : Itajime Shibori Stripe Pattern
Shibori Collection
$60.00
Shibori (しぼり / 絞り) is a Japanese manual resist dyeing technique, which produces a number of different patterns on fabric. This Itajime resist dyeing technique involves folding fabric into a grid of repeating geometric shapes and applying clamps, which creates a beautiful tessellating pattern after dipping or submerging in fermented vat of indigo dye.
Patterns will vary from table runner to table runner, as each table runner is dyed individually therefore unique. All linen is hand dyed in small batches. The linen table runner is perfect for your table, in addition to hallway furniture, ottoman, wall art, tv cabinet, end of our bed, ....
The front and back of the table runner are the same design.
